The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to the Vatican and other popular attractions. the comfortable bed and clean, tidy rooms provided a pleasant stay. The affordable price and accurate representation of the hotel in the photos were also appreciated.
We were shocked by the lack of customer service and the inconvenience of having to wait outside for 35 minutes late at night just to receive the wrong room.

The staff was helpful and stored our luggage at their office. The rooms were comfortable and recently restored. The location was a short walk from popular attractions. The building had a nice ambiance.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect. The facilities were great, and the location near the metro and all the major sightseeing spots was a huge plus. Being just minutes away from St Peter's square was a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this place and were pleasantly surprised by the location! It was just minutes away from all the great sightseeing the city has to offer. The St Peter's square, the tourist sites, and most historic sites were all within walking distance. Additionally, this venue offered convenient access to service shops and commercial services.
